HACP is a multi-component procedure that aims to identify and estimate the scale of food safety hazards and their consequent elimination.
Ensuring food safety at TRANS-TOK is a process consisting of steps guaranteeing high health quality of food products during the time when those products are entrusted to us as part of the logistics chain, which primarily reflects protection of health of consumers.
As professionals, we particularly care about maintaining the highest quality parameters of transported and stored food products
In December 2010 we received HACCP System Certificate awarded by BSI. Implementation of HACCP Food Safety System for storage and distribution of food products is one of the elements of the implemented food safety policy.
Before the introduction of the HACCP system at TRANS-TOK, principles of Good Storage Practices, Good Transport Practices and Good Hygienic Practices were introduced which together with the HACCP system are components of the Quality Management System.
