Specialists believe that the rapid development of sales through e-commerce channels will take place within the next 6-7 years.
The needs of warehouse tenants in the e-commerce industry were looked at by advisors from Cushman & Wakefield. Among the developers and the largest logistics operators in Poland, a pioneering study was carried out, which served to develop a market analysis and identify the most important trends in the segment of e-commerce tenants.
The study provided data on how logistics is currently being done for e-commerce, namely:
- how much warehouse space in Poland is dedicated to online commerce support
- how the demand for such surfaces is distributed on a regional basis
- which industries most often decide to separate the e-commerce magazine
- what the companies operating in the online sales channel expect from the developers
- what factors determine the choice of a given location by the e-commerce tenants
REQUIREMENTS FOR WASTE TRANSPORT

On January 24, 2018, the ordinance of the Minister of Environment on specific requirements for waste transport will come into force. the need to mark means of transport.
From January 24, vehicles intended for transporting waste will have to be marked in accordance with the model contained in the Regulation on specific requirements for the transport of waste .
Waste transport means are not marked if there is no obligation to keep waste records  and if the vehicle is transported with non-hazardous waste, in a quantity not exceeding 100 kg.
In addition, according to the Regulation, the transporting waste will be required to transport them in a way that prevents them from getting out of the means of transport, in particular, pouring, dusting, and spillage, and minimizes odor nuisance. The waste will have to be transported along with the document confirming their type and the data ordering the transport, and in the case of municipal waste collected from property owners, the name of the commune from which they are collected.
The provisions of the Regulation do not apply to waste constituting dangerous goods .
